He currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Mars Hill Church in Seattle, Washington - one of the fastest growing and most innovative mega churches within the United States. He oversees Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Technology, Logistics and campus launch functions.
Prior to that, he served as the COO of CRISTA Ministries, a large faith-based and multi-faceted organization in Shoreline, Washington, where he oversaw the operations of 10 ministries and Human Resources. Tim also served 25 years in the US Coast Guard where he attained the rank of O-6, commanded multiple units and served as the Special Assistant to the US Secretary of Transportation.
Dave Kleier has over 25 years of experience as chief operating officer, principal and business consultant in distribution, manufacturing, and commercial real estate development. Prior to Convergent Group, LLC, Dave was the managing principal at The Kleier Group, Inc., a management consulting company where his focus was strategic planning, organizational development, business continuity planning, and disaster preparedness planning for business.
Previous to this, Dave was a senior consultant for World Vision, Inc., a non profit organization based in Federal Way, WA, where he led corporate real estate development for U.S. operations. He has also held various positions as senior business consultant and director of real estate and commercial re-development for a Memphis-based firm with multiple operations on the East coast.
With over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Keith Wilson has earned the reputation of a proven and trusted business advisor to companies throughout the Puget Sound region. With beginnings in the early years of distributed computing, he advanced his career by serving a large national bank as a Network Administrator, Systems Engineer, IT Project Manager, and eventually as an IT Manager leading a team of network professionals
In 2000, he took his corporate IT experience and joined a Seattle/Chicago-based value-added reselling (VAR) firm as an IT Consultant. Leveraging his experience, formal education, and technical credentials with major technology partners, he successfully consulted, engineered, and deployed technology solutions to businesses throughout the western United States.
In 2005 he founded a small value-added-reseller (VAR) and managed service provider (MSP) firm out of a passion to provide professional IT services to small/medium enterprises throughout the Puget Sound region. Utilizing his unique blend of corporate discipline gained from his early IT career in banking and several years of practice as a professional IT consultant, he has built a successful business partnering with numerous local and national technology partners to service the needs of a growing client base. Additionally, he maintains his credentials as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
